Development and Training for the right candidate with a good mix of overtime which is paid at 1.5x and 2x. Location: Maidstone, Kent What's in it for you as a Maintenance Engineer? Hours of Work - Panama - 2 on 2 off 3 on 3 off (Days and Nights 12 hours) Salary - £54,383 per annum, plus annual pay increases 33 days Holiday Overtime at 1.5x and 2x Annual KPI Production Bonus Company pension Employee Assistance Programme Training, Career and Development opportunities Main Duties & Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer include; Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that all production targets are maintained - maintaining factory manufacturing machinery Monitor & supply engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure that the product conforms to any quality assurance standards and ensuring changeovers are as efficient as possible. Keeping and implementing plant wide PPM structures ensuring H&S, quality assurance as well as liaising with Engineering Stores Working within a small Team and along side contractors to diagnose breakdowns and Electrical Faults across the Plant Experience and Qualifications Required for Maintenance Engineer; Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent, e.g. NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or HNC and HND - Electrical Time served Electrical Engineer or as Maintenance Engineer Skills in breakdowns, installations, invertors and PLCs Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
