About The Role We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead strategy, ideation, and execution for all EMEA content marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Creative, you will drive high‑impact campaigns across anime titles, seasonal releases, events, and regional initiatives. You’ll translate complex challenges into clear, strategically nuanced creative briefs, mentor cross‑disciplinary design teams, and ensure the highest quality creative output. Key Responsibilities Lead creative strategy at scale, mentor design teams, and transform complex challenges into clear creative briefs across titles, content, brand, and experience. Build end‑to‑end creative quality from briefing through delivery, lead creative critiques, and manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets while maintaining creative excellence. Prepare presentation materials, refine design craft, and build relationships with creative agencies that can deliver at scale. Foster trust‑based relationships with internal and external partners, promoting a collaborative, ego‑free environment. Navigate projects at all stages—from ideation to live campaigns—adapting creatively in real time and staying ahead of anime and pop‑culture trends. About You 12+ years of creative experience, including 6+ years in senior creative roles. Solid portfolio showcasing campaign success, consumer insights, and creative leadership. Experience leading creative teams and managing agencies. Track record translating complex business challenges into clear strategic briefs. Strong understanding of anime, manga, entertainment, streaming, and youth/fandom audiences in EMEA. Experience in content marketing, branding, or entertainment campaigns. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace. Managed multiple projects, timelines, and budgets while maintaining creative excellence.
