Support learners in developing practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional behaviours for progression into employment or higher education. Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and assessment strategies. Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure excellent student outcomes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Holds a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Sport or a related discipline. Has experience teaching or training in a sports-related field (FE or industry experience considered). Possesses strong communication and organisational skills. Is passionate about supporting learners to achieve their full potential. Ideally holds a teaching qualification (or is willing to work towards one).
