The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within a pre-Commissionign role, carrying gout pre-Commissionign cleans in line with BSRIA standards, dosing on CHW and LTHW systems and completing flushing works. Experience & Qualifications Will have experience undertaking pre-Commissionign cleans in line with BSRIA standards. Ideally will come from a strong wate treatment, chemical, technical and maintenance background. Will have a proven track record of working within a pre-Commissionign / Flushing engineer role. Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety / ACOP L8 legislations. Must have excellent organisational skills. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft office. The Role Undertaking pre-Commissionign cleaning on systems in line with BSRIA standards. Undertaking flushing duties in line with BSRIA standards. Undertaking chemical tank cleans, as well as chlorination and disinfection works in line with ACOP L8 guidelines. Carrying out dosing on CHW AND LTHW systems. Prioritizing workload and dealing with issues effectively and promptly. Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety legislation. Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients. Collecting information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
