We’re looking for a creative, data-driven strategist to shape and optimise the creative direction of our clients paid media campaigns. You’ll use insights and innovative ideas to drive performance, working closely with content teams and external creators to deliver high-converting campaigns. This is a newly created, hands-on role that blends creativity with analytics—perfect for someone who loves seeing their ideas deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine creative strategy across paid media channels
Brief content teams on innovative ideas and styles that resonate with audiences
Analyse performance data to identify winning creative approaches
Collaborate with external creators to optimise briefs and outputs
Execute testing strategies to uncover high-performing creatives
Provide actionable insights for ad iterations based on analysis
Report on creative performance and strategic recommendations
About You

Proven experience in creative strategy for paid social
Strong understanding of data-driven creative optimisation
Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of consumer psychology and advertising trends
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
Proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about creativity that drives results
