Negotiation of land consents, acquisitions and compensation claims. Strategic business and asset management. Supervise and liaise with contractors. Desired skills and experience Ideally MRICS and CAAV. A good understanding of; property and land law matters; landlord and tenant relationships, legislation and best practice guidance; valuation principles. Adept at solving problems and providing solutions. Strong understanding of Health and Safety within the estate management sector. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
