Senior Occupational Therapist Salary : Starting from £36,500 per annum (dependent on experience) Location : Handsworth, Birmingham Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our clients specialist mental health services, supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions. About the Role As a Senior OT, you will : Deliver a range of occupational therapy assessments and interventions to promote recovery and wellbeing. Lead and coordinate therapeutic programmes, including group and individual sessions. Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure service users occupational needs are met. Key Responsibilities Implement evidence-based practice using tools such as MOHOST to measure outcomes. Support the development of therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs. Contribute to service improvement and uphold organisational values of dignity, respect, and empowerment. What Were Looking For HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to work core hours (Monday -Friday, 09 : 00 -17 : 00).
