Senior Physiotherapist – Emergency Care Join to apply for the Senior Physiotherapist- Emergency Care role at Candino CA. We are looking for an experienced, motivated clinician to join our team. You will be a registered Occupational Therapist / Senior Physiotherapist with demonstrable expertise in discharge planning, supporting patients to become experts in their own care and to remain in their own homes. It is expected that you will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with a variety of service users of different age groups, have good self‑management skills and an ability to prioritise your caseload. You should ideally have experience working in a variety of clinical settings with sound medical, respiratory and social knowledge. Key Objectives Provide rapid assessments in a fast‑paced environment. Formulate robust discharge plans. Work with the wider multidisciplinary team to problem‑solve and support patients into their preferred place of care. Take a leadership role in planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the care provided. Supervise junior staff and students. Build networks and relationships across different clinical teams. Embrace innovation and integrated working, and commit to delivering excellence in care alongside other OTs, Physiotherapists, Associate Practitioners and Assistant Practitioners. Working Hours The post has a 7‑day working pattern in a 4‑week cycle, with two days off prior to or after the weekend. Periods require you to work 10:00–18:00 Monday‑Friday once every 8 weeks.
