Assistant Night Manager - HI Gloucester Assistant Night Manager, £27,500 per annum (£13.22 per hour), 40 hours per week (5 days). Night Owls wanted. Do you have a strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift? Responsibilities Deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Run night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and deal with all guests’ requests. Perform detailed handovers for the incoming shift and Duty Manager. Be available for a range of shifts and days; maintain flexibility as required. Qualifications Strong background in Front of House or Reception operations. Excellent communication skills for handovers. Excellent customer service skills. Good flexibility to work nights, weekends and variable shift patterns. Benefits Competitive rates of pay.
