Everliving Services Ltd have a genuine desire to provide care and support to vulnerable adults living independently in their own homes in a manner that is individualised and holistic in it's approach. We require staff who will champion such approach to care. Everliving Services helps people in your community, providing personal care such as personal care and dressing, administering medication and preparing food. Successful applicants should be willing to go through an enhanced disclosure and reference check, I.E - DBS check. Full details of hours to be discussed on interview. The role involves travel to clients destinations, so you must hold an UK driving licence. This role is recommended for people who want to works from certain hours a day or if you want to work long hours. It is a flexible pattern, plus you earn money for having fun and bringing buzz to else's day. Experience required Experience is NOT essential, however experience in Home care with a 6 month experience is desirable. Training, ongoing supervision and mentoring will be provided upon contractual acceptance. Mandatory requirement You will need to be a driver as you will be working out in the community. Clean DBS check You must be active and physically agile as job requires walks and other outdoor/indoor exercises or activities. Responsibilities To work in the way that promote good interpersonal relationship with our service users with the aim of promoting happiness, self esteem and overall wellbeing. Act as good role models at all times by promoting healthy life style, healthy choices and wellness, always supporting them in the way that facilitate their recovery plan. To follow service users support plans, risk assessments, behavioural plan and communication guidelines etc. To document and report in a timely manner any incidents, near misses, observations and any changes to the service users mental state. This include any progress and improvements following the reporting procedures of the company.
