You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to push the boundaries of design in a rapidly growing SaaS company.ResponsibilitiesGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and scrum teams to translate business requirements into seamless, functional designs.Design and refine data-driven interfaces that present insights in an intuitive, actionable way.Develop high-fidelity prototypes and user journeys to improve the Data Analytics experience.Integrate the company's brand identity into product offerings to ensure consistency and enhance user experience.Work with Platform Engineers to create standard components and template iconography for products to apply across all offerings.Conduct user research and test designs with clients to validate usability and effectiveness.Requirements3+ years’ experience in UI/UX designStrong portfolio showcasing data visualisation, dashboard designs, and user interfaces for complex products.Familiarity with data concepts and designing for data-heavy products.Demonstrated experience and proficiency in relevant design tools, with the ability to determine the appropriate tools to be utilised.Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, balancing priorities and advocating for UX/UI best practices.Strong attention to detail and understanding of UX/UI principles for B2B SaaS products.Ability to prioritise multiple workstreams across product, marketing, and customer success.Experience with SaaS, analytics, or data-driven platforms.Familiarity with Agile development processes.The OfferAs an Inflo employee, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:6% Employer pension contributions provided you are a member of the scheme.25 days holiday + UK bank holidays, with an additional 0.5 days for every year of service.4x Salary life assurance.Private medical insurance with Bupa.Medical cash back scheme (for optical, dental etc).Flexible working environment – work whenever and wherever that suits you.
