Role Overview As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, creating a warm and professional first impression for every customer. Working alongside our Audiologists and the wider store team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth, supportive journey from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities Greeting customers with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Managing appointment schedules, check‑ins, and reschedules. Making daily confirmation calls to reduce no‑shows. Handling general queries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare. Engaging with in‑store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings. Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, stock control, and payments. Keeping the clinic and reception areas tidy, organised, and welcoming. Qualifications Friendly, approachable, and customer focused. Confident speaking with the public and handling busy situations. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable using IT systems and managing schedules. A team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude. Previous experience in a customer‑facing role. Willingness to travel for training or support other clinics when required. People person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
