Join to apply for the Cricket Operations Manager role at Yorkshire County Cricket Club A very exciting opportunity has arisen within our Cricket department as we look to recruit a Cricket Operations Manager to support our Women's XI squad. The Cricket Operations Manager will positively contribute towards the success of women’s cricket in Yorkshire by providing operational, match day and administrative support to the professional Women’s team. The Cricket Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with coaches and support staff to ensure efficient planning, organisation and support all year round, to ensure the overall success of the teams. This role will also support the wider Cricket Operations team, ensuring consistency and resilience in the team across both Men’s and Women’s Domestic and International cricket. This role is based at Headingley Cricket Ground, but will require regular travel to other venues for training and matches as and when required. This role will require regular evening and weekend working throughout the season. About You Previous experience providing operational support in a high-performance environment. Previous experience of using problem solving skills in a high-pressure environment to resolve any issues which arise quickly and effectively. Experience as leading on processes, day to day administration and scheduling to ensure operational excellence. A high degree of personal resilience to cope with the demands of working within elite sport and juggling priorities and managing deadlines. Can demonstrate experience in providing an innovative, collaborative and supportive approach to logistical excellence for an elite sport’s team. Outstanding organisation, planning and communication skills, and experience of working across a multi-disciplinary team of people.
