About the Role : As a Product Manager at Kerv you will take ownership of key elements of the product lifecycle from concept through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive product improvements ensure customer needs are met and contribute to the long‑term success of our product portfolio. Youll work with support and guidance from senior colleagues while steadily building your influence and independence. Key Responsibilities : Product Delivery & Execution Deliver high‑quality product outputs on time and to specification. Manage and execute elements of the product roadmap with increasing independence. Analyse and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions. Identify and upscale issues or risks proactively suggesting solutions where appropriate. Strategic Contribution Contribute to the development of product strategy through data‑driven insights and customer feedback. Support senior managers in shaping strategic initiatives and priorities. Participate in supplier or partner interactions as needed to support delivery goals. Team Collaboration & Development Collaborate effectively with other product team members sharing knowledge and insights. Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop your product management skills. Contribute positively to team discussions planning and retrospectives. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering design commercial and operations teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery. Prioritise incoming requests in line with agreed roadmaps and business objectives. Communicate product updates and priorities clearly to stakeholders. All about You : Demonstrated experience in delivering quality products or services in a product management or equivalent role. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic product team.
