Mobile Maintenance Plumber

Meridian are working with a renowned and reputable Facilities Management company in the North-west which specialise in commercial and healthcare facilities. They are looking to expand their team, and are therefore looking to incorporate a Mobile Maintenance Plumber. The role will involve travel across the North-west, predominantly in and around Liverpool and Manchester.

Benefits include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Starting basic salary of £38k p.a, with plenty of opportunity to earn more from on-call work and emergency call outs

  • Regular and consistent hours as part of a cards-in, permanent position
  • Full SSP, holiday allowance and Pension contribution
  • Becoming part of a well-established, growing FM team that work closely with the NHS and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities
Duties include:
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance on healthcare facilities
  • Remedial and repair work in existing buildings, such as boiler systems, heating and sanitary pipework, installation of drainage systems etc.
  • Installation, maintenance and repairs of gas appliance systems
  • Regular inspection and repair work to ensure continued performance of plumbing facilities on site, using specialised equipment to diagnose and fix the problems accordingly
Requirements:
  • Blue or Gold CSCS Card in Mechanical Trade(s)
  • Gas Safe Accreditation for working on gas appliance systems
  • Full UK Driving Licence
