Job Details Location: Nottingham and Warwickshire (Care Home) Hours: 40 per week Employment type: Full‑time Seniority level: Entry level Salary: £40,000 per annum plus commission scheme About the Role The Customer Relations Manager will lead the sale of self‑funding beds, ensuring occupancy targets are met and that self‑funding clients & their families receive a seamless experience. Working alongside the marketing team and Sales Manager, the role involves devising and implementing marketing strategies tailored to each home, coordinating key marketing events, promoting across social and local media, and fostering community engagement with local schools, businesses, charities and other organisations.
