A competitive salary with a bonus package based on service performance, and a friendly, supportive workplace.What we’re looking forWe’re seeking someone who:Is passionate about putting people firstHas at least 1 year of experience working in community careHas good organisational and time management skillsHas a good understanding of CQC regulationsHas superb communication skills to build relationships with clients and their care teamWould benefit from an NVQ in Health and Social CareHas a full valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicleResponsibilitiesDeveloping care plans and risk assessmentsOverseeing the safe administration of medicinesUndertaking observations, spot checks and Quality AssuranceCompleting and updating care records on in-house systemsAssisting the Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care serviceManage on-call duties on a rotating basisTypical day to dayYour typical day to day will include completing and updating care records, overseeing care delivery, and supporting the care team to ensure high-quality service.This could be the start of an incredible journey together, changing lives for people in our community.
