Oracle Fusion Cloud Sr. Technical Delivery Manager Join to apply for the Oracle Fusion Cloud Sr. Technical Delivery Manager role at Public Sector Resourcing On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Sr. Technical Delivery Manager (Inside IR35) for a contract until 31st March 2026 (possible extension) contract-based Hybrid/in London/Bristol. Responsibilities Provide oversight on behalf of the portfolio programme director on overall technical delivery with special focus on infrastructure, testing and security. Integration and data migration aspects of technical delivery have been covered by dedicated managers Assurance of all technical documentation for the entire lifecycle of the programme except those related to data migration and integration Assurance of all security and non-functional capabilities of the overall solution and ensure that the overall solution meet the MOD secure by design standards Assurance of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, technical build, technical go-lives planning and go-live execution Assurance of all technical deliverables at all stage gates of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation except those related to data migration and integration Assurance of configuration books from technical delivery perspective Assurance of role management and security profiles for CSM implementation Identification of technical delivery risks on behalf of the central programme delivery team and assure mitigation actions Support the full ecosystem of exit gate criteria, output matrix, risk management, resource planning and integrated portfolio plan (relevant to technical integration only) to pro-actively identify risks and opportunities and signpost the appropriate RAID team. The role needs to make relevant RAID management team aware of RAIDs, when discovering the same. RAID management will be dealt by the relevant RAID team(s) Validate all proposals likely to be submitted to the technical design authority which relate to technical environment and security Have a keen eye on the actual progress on the ground on all work packages related to technical delivery except integration and data migration and validate the delivery position for the portfolio programme director or his appointed representative. Maintenance and management of programme and portfolio plan will be done by the planning team Major contributor to the portfolio delivery support and management function at the portfolio level for all areas related to technical delivery except integration and migration Essential Requirements Strong understanding on Oracle Fusion technical architecture and technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud financial, HCM and EPM modules gained through several large implementation programmes Sound understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies specially those related to technical delivery, and phase wise delivery stages with the ability to articulate client and delivery partner side responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (essential) Strong years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery, with at least five or more years demonstrated experience in a lead role Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) At least two full life cycle implementation experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management and HCM Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud technical architecture Understanding of UK Gov Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance standards (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus) Strong professional documentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
