We are an agency still grounded in our founding principle that people are at the centre of all we do. Each day, we apply this belief to harness the transformative power of data and technology to inspire and move people and business forward. With more than 7,000 employees in over 100 offices around the world, we are the flagship Publicis Media agency that uses our ‘Power of One’ business model, with teams that span multiple disciplines across clients such as Aldi, P&G, P&O Ferries, Primark, Samsung, Stellantis, and Visa. We place a huge focus on our People and have driven flagship D&I and L&D programmes within Publicis Media; our goal is to help every individual reach their fullest potential and we encourage everyone to make “Brave Plays” in how they approach their work and their own career development. As a result, we have an exceptionally energised and committed talent base, all of us proud of our welcoming and supportive culture, as evidenced by our recognition as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for three years in a row (2021, 2022 and 2023) and most excitingly, Media Week’s Agency of the Year 2023 Publicis Content is where culture and creativity intersect. We’re a fast‑growing content powerhouse creating work that people watch, read, and share. From influencer activations to social campaigns and media partnerships, we craft content that cuts through the noise for global brands like LVMH, Mars, PepsiCo, and Sky. As a Social Media Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping cultural conversations at scale. Based at the iconic Television Centre in West London, you’ll work within a boutique‑style team backed by the resources of the wider Publicis Media network. This is an opportunity to lead innovative, data‑driven social strategies for high‑profile clients, combining creativity with insight to deliver impactful campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple clients and sectors. Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure ideas are built for impact and amplified effectively. Contribute to ideation, sharing innovative concepts for content across social channels. Consolidate data and insights to support cross‑market social media responses. Deliver clear, insightful reporting on campaign performance. Oversee community engagement, driving brand affinity across platforms. Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, resolving issues and escalating when necessary. Build strong partnerships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience managing organic social media campaigns in an agency or in‑house environment. Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and understanding of what works in social content. Hands‑on experience with major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, Snap) and familiarity with analytics tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Falcon, or native insights). Ability to create and edit social assets using tools like Adobe Express or Canva (advanced design skills not required). Solid understanding of social analytics and reporting; ability to interpret data and present insights. Knowledge of paid social is a bonus but not essential. Collaborative approach and experience working within large social agencies or holding companies preferred. Why Join Us? Work on global brands and campaigns that influence cultural conversations. Enjoy the agility of a boutique team with the backing of a global network. Creative autonomy: we champion bold ideas, not tick‑box activations. A culture of growth: we invest in your development and empower you to lead. Benefits WORK YOUR WORLD – opportunity to work anywhere in the world at a Publicis office for up to 6 weeks a year.
