The role requires an experienced, highly motivated individual who can work with our Orthopaedic/Surgical team to deliver high quality patient care. As a ward manager you will lead the team to provide the best possible care for our patients. Main duties of the job Ensure the highest standards of quality and assist your team to achieve this. Learn and develop new leadership and management skills. Receive support from the Surgical Matron and the Surgical Head of Nursing.
