Night Shift HGV Mechanic – Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, England, United Kingdom Overview FiberNet is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Qualified HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician to work on ground service equipment (GSE) at Heathrow Airport. The role involves the servicing, maintenance and repair of all ground equipment airside, including towing tractors, aircraft tugs, baggage elevators and other specialist vehicles. The successful candidate will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure the smooth operation of equipment on site. Responsibilities and Duties Servicing, maintenance and repair of GSE equipment. Complete all paperwork to a high standard. Provide a best‑in‑class customer experience for our business customers. Comply with health, safety legislation. Liaise with internal customers. Assist in carrying out all vehicle mechanical and electrical PPM (planned and preventative maintenance) in line with set schedules. Compensation & Shift Pattern Night shift – 1800 h to 0600 h, 4 on, 4 off. Salary: £46,754 per annum plus enhanced overtime rates.
