Foot-Mobile Building Services Engineer Up to £39,700 + Travel Card (Zones 1-6) + Package A leading Hard FM contractor is seeking an experienced Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team, supporting commercial office buildings across Central London. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable business, carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance within a supportive and well-established team The Role As a Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Completing reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs. Fault‑finding and resolving issues across both electrical and mechanical systems. Conducting general M&E tasks such as water temperature monitoring, emergency lighting tests, lamping, and small plumbing repairs. Providing support on BMS front‑end systems. Delivering a professional, client‑facing service across commercial office sites in Central London. Requirements Strong experience with PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault‑finding across both electrical and mechanical systems. Able to commute easily across Central London as a foot‑mobile engineer. A relevant mechanical or electrical qualification is preferred, however not essential. The Foot-Mobile Building Services Engineer will be on a basic salary up to £39,700, depending on experience + Travel Card (Zones 1-6) reimbursed monthly + Holiday + Package.
