Advice on how to do this and support to implement it is required.We are looking for expertise in charity law and company structures who can offer practical advice and support the implementation of the new structure.What you will do: Provide legal advice on setting up a charitable arm or restructuring; advise on the right legal structures; support implementation and help make the new status a reality.
