Our employees dedicate their time to helping our clients transform their business, from strategy through implementation and business transformation.We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Legal Operations practice and play a key role in delivering world‑class Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as technical lead for Agiloft CLM projects providing oversight and collaborating on architectural design, reviews and optimisationEstablish, lead, and manage the enablement and technical knowledge development of the Legal Operations team, staying current with Agiloft’s evolving capabilities and coordinating training initiativesDefine and communicate technical principles, designs, and architectural standards to ensure high‑quality solution deliverySupport client demos and proof‑of‑concept projects for clients evaluating Agiloft as a standalone CLM or as part of broader lead‑to‑cash transformationsIntegrate seamlessly with project teams consisting of client‑side personnel and Spaulding Ridge consultants; the ability to work collaboratively is keyAdhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on timeRequirements5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Agiloft“Agiloft Certified Implementer” certification is a nice to haveHands‑on expertise with Agiloft’s KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration capabilitiesDeep background in business rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing various CLM toolsDegree in Finance/Accounting, Law, Business Management and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experienceAbility to understand and interpret technical requirements from non‑technical clients and team members as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understoodWe take care of youAs an employee of Spaulding Ridge, you will be part of a company that offers innovative opportunities to make a positive impact on our clients in a meaningful way.
