Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - 2 years+ PQE - Midsomer NortonLocation: Midsomer Norton (Hybrid option available)Hours: Full time or part time (flexible working arrangements considered)Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOEPQE: 2 years+Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established high street law firm in Somerset, currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Midsomer Norton office.This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid experience in Private Client work to take the next step in their career. You'll be joining a friendly, community-focused team with a strong local reputation and a supportive working environment.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:Advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate AdministrationHandling probate and inheritance mattersTrusts experience desirable but not essentialDelivering high standards of client careSupporting marketing and business development initiativesContributing to the growth of the departmentCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with at least 2 years PQE. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:Strong technical knowledge of Private Client lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommercial awareness and enthusiasm for marketingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDesire to contribute to departmental growthWorking ArrangementsBased in the firm's Midsomer Norton office.
