Business Consultant – Central Securities Depositories Subject Matter Expert EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Consultant with deep knowledge and expertise in the operations of Central Securities Depositories (CSDs), particularly in the lifecycle of Bonds and UK Gilts, to join our team in London. Are you experienced in navigating complex financial market infrastructures and passionate about shaping innovative solutions that align with market and regulatory needs? If so, this role offers a unique opportunity to help design and develop a Digital Securities Depository (DSD) for the UK financial market infrastructure, translating traditional CSD services into a next‑generation digital equivalent. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure the DSD aligns with operational realities and market expectations – no prior experience in digital assets or blockchain required.
