In this role : In this role you will provide investment recommendations to the team on high yield investments in the European market including fundamental and relative value views. Ideally we are looking for an analyst who has breadth and depth of experience in covering cyclical and non‑cyclical sectors but we are willing to consider sector specialists as well. Our research process is focused and collaborative and includes written opinions, models and credit addition to investment research. You must be willing to take on strategic projects both within the High Yield team and for the broader Fixed Income platform. Importantly the development of others is a key business focus so you must be willing to provide mentorship and guidance to crew across the platform. Qualifications (What it takes) : Undergraduate degree. Graduate degree and CFA preferred. Six years investment management experience with two years primary coverage within the Active High Yield Credit and/or Fixed Income experience preferred. Excellent quantitative / modeling skills. Experience with Leveraged Loans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
