We push boundaries to deliver exceptional results for our clients - and create meaningful impact for the communities we serve.What Success Looks Like in this RoleAs a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant at BWB, success means:Delivering technically excellent investigations, reports, and solutions that exceed client expectations.Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, becoming a go-to expert in your field.Leading and mentoring junior team members, helping them grow while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.What You\'ll Be DoingLeading and managing Phase I and Phase II ground investigations - from design and procurement to supervision and reporting.Overseeing all aspects of geo-environmental project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.Coordinating remediation activities and working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.Compiling desk studies, scheduling laboratory testing, and analysing data to drive robust outcomes.Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a supportive team environment.Keeping ahead of industry trends and integrating innovative solutions into our projects.What You\'ll BringA degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Geology, or related field (MSc preferred).Chartered status or working towards it with a recognised professional institution.A valid CSCS card (essential for site work).At least five years\' experience in geo-environmental consultancy.Strong technical expertise in ground investigation, soil/rock logging (BS5930 and Eurocode 7), and lab analysis.Excellent report writing, data analysis, and IT skills.A proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Enthusiasm, ambition, and a proactive approach to professional growth.What we offerInclusive Culture - Bring your authentic self to work every day.Competitive Rewards - Salary, 5% pension match, life assurance, and long-service recognition.Time Off & Flexibility - 25 days\' holiday (rising to 28), option to buy more, hybrid working (3 days office), and flexible core hours.Health & Wellbeing - Westfield Health, healthcare cash plan, Cycle to Work scheme, wellbeing initiatives.Growth & Development - Fully funded training, Chartership support, and paid professional subscriptions.Community & Connection - Volunteering days, social events, discounts, and savings.Accessibility & AdjustmentsWe\'re proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.We want every candidate to feel comfortable and supported during the recruitment process.
