Duty Manager - Heathrow Airport, The Vinery Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour. Incentive: an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your total to £16.25 per hour. Hours of operation: 5am to 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays. Shift times: 3:00am and 11:00pm. About the Duty Manager Role Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly. Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive. Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, and be the go‑to person for customer and team queries. Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
