With a commitment to systems change and societal improvement, BSC continues to pioneer innovative impact investment approaches and strategies.About this RoleThe role of Investment Manager – Portfolio at Better Society Capital offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the organization’s multi‑asset Treasury Portfolio. This position is integral in advancing key components of the Social Impact Investment Portfolio, utilizing expertise in investment and financial markets to enhance social and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will gain exposure across charity bonds, venture, and property investments, and will be crucial in performance monitoring, liquidity management, and strategic initiative support. Working closely with the Middle Office, Finance Teams, and external advisor XPS, the Investment Manager will actively engage in Treasury Portfolio performance reporting, market condition analysis, and investment ideas shaping.
