As the Marketing Performance Manager for Europe, you’ll shape how marketing works, driving clarity, capability and confidence across teams that span industries from interior design to pharmaceuticals. Part facilitator, part strategist, part problem‑solver, you will act as a strategic partner to marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Performance & Insights Translate performance data into actionable insights, strategy and experimentation. Partner with event marketing teams to ensure marketing goals are measurable, meaningful and aligned with business outcomes. Training & Enablement Work aligned with many Informa Group‑level initiatives, including the Informa Marketing Academy, driving capability uplift from foundational skills to advanced performance practices. Design and facilitate workshops that inspire curiosity, confidence and continuous improvement. Serve as a first‑line advisor for marketers, providing guidance, tools and frameworks that elevate execution across every channel. Lead on onboarding and upskilling our European marketing teams around MarTech adoption and usage. Knowledge & Connection Act as the central connector across marketing teams, surfacing best practices, sharing success stories and celebrating innovation. Lead initiatives to document and scale what works, so our learnings compound. Function as an internal consultant helping teams solve complex marketing challenges through structured thinking and creative problem‑solving. Strategic Planning & Collaboration Partner with senior marketing leaders to align strategy, execution, and measurement across European portfolios. Ensure go‑to‑market (GTM) activity ladders up to cohesive, data‑backed marketing plans. Mentor senior marketers, model integrated marketing excellence, and champion a performance mindset across the organisation. Qualifications What You’ll Bring 3–5 years in marketing, brand, or program management, ideally in a large or matrixed organisation. Proven background in training, enablement, or change management. Hands‑on experience across key marketing channels – paid, owned, earned, or research. Familiarity with Eloqua and Power‑BI is a plus, but curiosity, communication and collaboration matter more. Core Strengths Energised by ambiguity and change, with the ability to bring clarity and drive projects. Strong communication and storytelling skills with a willingness to lead workshops. Commercially minded, always linking effort to business outcomes. Mindset A passion for helping others learn and succeed. A “Human + AI” approach.
