Treatment Coordinator / Qualified Dental Nurse Bupa Dental Care – Stockport High Lane is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and patient‑focused Treatment Coordinator / Qualified Dental Nurse to join our family. About the Practice & Location Our modern, well‑established practice is located on High Lane, Stockport, a lovely village setting on the edge of the Peak District. Easy access via the A6, nearby to Hazel Grove, Marple and Stockport town centre, we offer free parking and good local amenities including cafés, shops and green spaces. Confidently discuss treatments and associated fees. Deliver a high‑quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitability. Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice. Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team. Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager. Your Skills & Experience Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting. Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements. Previous experience delivering outstanding service in a customer‑facing role. Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people. CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable.
