The candidate will be an emotionally intelligent, proven coach who thrives when helping others, leverages data to drive decisions and is no stranger to a fast-paced sales environment.If you are a problem solver, inquisitive by nature and driven by curiosity, this is the job for youResponsibilitiesHire, lead, and coach a successful team of full-cycle sales professionalsDevelop, motivate, and retain top performersAttain overachievement of team sales goalsSetup a cadence for productivity, including but not limited to pipe gen, account research, early stage opportunity review and qualification, account planningManage Salesforce CRM tidinessMaintain accurate and on-time forecast reportingEffectively lead your sales team to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goalsOperate as a GM owning the territory plan and bringing all functions together to execute on that planRequirements5+ years experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales teamLeadership presence that team members will walk through walls forProven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talentA competitive spirit who likes to win: Track record of consistently exceeding established goalsExperience closing large deals with complex sales cyclesExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsA love for the startup environmentA Bachelor's DegreeExperience in Financial Services and Insurance verticals is preferredThe Longer StoryOutSystems enables enterprise teams to build AI-powered applications and agents that reduce manual work, streamline internal operations, and accelerate impact.
