Imagine yourself nurturing existing accounts and uncovering brand new sales opportunities to become a trusted client consultant and build your own portfolio of clients. If you’re driven by results and thrive on building relationships, this is your chance to shine As A New Business Account Manager, You Will Be responsible for managing the relationship with a number of existing accounts and ensure that they maintain, renew and grow their business Develop and own a client‑centric growth strategy for Key Growth Account(s), translating revenue goals into actionable plans Management of own new business campaign activity, working with and supported by commercial and marketing teams Have experience, energy and confidence to undertake proactive sales outreach, including but not limited to social selling and outbound activity campaigning Be the clients advocate and guide, mentor & support internal teams to ensure that client service expectations are met and adhered to Have experience of contribution to contract management, negotiation and procurement Be responsible for driving the strategy for the development of proposals, presentations, contracts and other sale/marketing‑related collateral materials for current and prospective accounts You’re Good At Cultivating and expanding client relationships to boost account growth. Crafting client‑centric strategies that translate financial goals into actionable plans. Proactively reaching out for new business opportunities through engaging sales campaigns. Collaborating effectively with internal teams to create innovative event experiences. Navigating contract management and negotiations with confidence and expertise. You Might Also Have Understanding production and delivery of large‑scale events. Experience in an agency and/or conferencing company Experience in mapping client opportunities to strategize for optimal growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to keep everything running smoothly.
