Aqua Sana Forest Spa Retail Assistant Join Aqua Sana Forest Spa, an award‑winning spa located at Center Parcs Longleat Forest (BA12 7PU). The role is paid £12.37 per hour and involves providing professional retail service to guests and external visitors at the Aqua Sana Boutique. Responsibilities Advise and recommend skincare and home‑care products to all guests, maximising revenue opportunities to meet budget and daily targets. Maintain retail stock levels, report shortages to the Aqua Sana Manager. Deliver excellent customer care, representing the company in a professional manner in line with the Aqua Sana Guest Service Journey. Essential Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. Computer literacy. Problem‑pre‑emptive mindset, seeking solutions. Previous experience in a similar beauty industry or retail role with proven sales record. Experience in a customer service environment. Ability to build relationships at all levels. Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues. Excellent time‑management skills, initiative and teamwork. Desirable Requirements Experience with spa/leisure booking systems. Visual merchandising awareness. Hours of Work Contracted to work 150 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Working days and hours may vary each week, but you will receive at least your contracted hours each period. The village operates 365 days a year, so you will work public/bank holidays, including Christmas and New Year on a rota basis.
