You will lead the accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. You will drive financial accounting and performance providing expert guidance to Finance Managers and delivering analysis to senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and Excel; experience in retail multi‑currency and multi‑site environments would be preferred. You will have experience leading developing and motivating diverse teams promoting a positive and inclusive culture. You will have sound commercial knowledge and be able to drive process improvements and results.
