Rate: £27 per hour + Company Van & Fuel Card

Your Mission: As a key leader in our Property Services team, you'll be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of day-to-day repairs to our social housing residents across North East London. Based out of the Finsbury Park region, you'll be both field-based and office-focused, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of workmanship.

Direct Team Leadership: You'll be the driving force behind your team of skilled tradespeople, providing clear direction, motivation, and ongoing support to achieve exceptional results.

Operational Excellence: You'll plan and schedule daily repair activities, strategically allocating resources to maximize efficiency and meet resident needs across North East London.

Quality Assurance: You'll regularly inspect work in progress and completed repairs, ensuring adherence to our quality standards and best practices throughout the North East London area.

Safety First: You'll champion a culture of safety, ensuring all team members comply with health and safety regulations on every job.

Resource Management: You'll oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring your team has everything they need to complete repairs effectively across North East London.

Resident Focus: You'll maintain positive communication with residents regarding repair schedules and progress, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services in North East London.

Performance Monitoring: You'll track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our repairs service delivery across North East London.

What you'll bring to the team:

Proven experience supervising a team of multi-trade operatives in a property maintenance or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of day-to-day property repairs, ideally within the social housing sector.

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ability to motivate and lead a field-based team effectively across a geographical area.

A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

A valid UK driving license.
