We have a vacancy available for a Container Handler based at BIFTRail Terminal in Tamworth. If you have previous experience in Container Equipment driving or a valid Forklift truck with at least 2 years experience then this could be the role for you. This Position is permanent and your total flexibility will be required to fulfil this challenging yet rewarding role. Stacking containers in allocated areas. Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery and a reasonable knowledge of how the machine works. Possessing the skills to operate Empty / Loaded Container Handlers also while not essential would be of great advantage again Kalmar Konecranes and Sany built machines is desired. We are looking for candidates who have a flexible approach and can undertake a variety of production duties. Candidates will be required to remain focused under pressure be a team player and have good attention to detail to achieve an accurate on time service to our customers and colleagues. Please note to apply for this position you must have your own transport and a valid certificate with 2 years full time experience on Forklifts to be considered. Reach stacker experience would be a benefit but not essential as full training would be provided to the suitable candidate.
