We’re looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Partner Manager to join our growing team. Location This role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire. Responsibilities Partner Engagement & Growth Identify, engage, and onboard new strategic partners. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key partners. Own and manage the partner portal to support effective engagement and communication. Drive partner satisfaction and advocate for mutual success through ongoing collaboration. Sales Strategy & Enablement Achieve revenue and margin targets through and with partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop structured partner plans and pipelines to support lead generation and sales conversion. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience. Campaigns & Collaboration Work with Marketing and Sales to target new opportunities and grow partner influence. Support joint campaigns, bids, and proposals to win new business. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to internal stakeholders. Product Knowledge & Expert ise Stay up to date on our evolving product portfolio and industry developments. Communicate the business value of our solutions effectively to partners and internal teams. Mentor other sales colleagues and contribute to partner-related marketing and enablement initiatives. About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. At least 2 years’ experience in a partner or account management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems. Experience in IT, telecoms, SaaS, or vertical industries (e.g. utilities, healthcare) is desirable.
