Are you looking for a support worker role that pays well but doesn't expect you to work evenings, weekends, and every hour of the day? If you answered yes then this is the company for you Larger than life (and larger than average) day center local to you is looking for an inspiring support worker to join their well‑established team on a full‑time basis ASAP. This position is permanent and requires 40 hours a week. Applicants must be available Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm. The setting is a day education centre supporting vulnerable young people and adults from 18 years upwards, including those with autistic and other complex needs. The spacious modern site has transitional and outdoor spaces. Senior leadership is long‑standing, open‑door policy and available to support all.
