Senior Haemodialysis Nurse TipTopJob is recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Bilston, Wolverhampton area. The clinic delivers the highest level of care in state‑of‑the‑art facilities with the most technologically advanced equipment. Requirements: Must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Deliver a high standard of individualised care whilst promoting patient‑focused care. Mentor and assist team members. Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescription. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, external organisations and hospital trusts. Lead shifts. Promote and demonstrate effective communication at all times with patients, users and providers. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines and policies and assist in implementation and review. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to delivering a high standard of care to renal patients. Demonstrate a commitment to evidence‑based practice and assist in the evaluation of evidence to improve and develop patient care. Preferred and beneficial skills: Renal nursing experience. Good communication skills. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. Good interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing. Ability to work effectively within a team. Salary: £37,750‑£39,500 per annum, DOE. This is a permanent full‑time role working on day shifts from Monday to Saturday.
