What You’ll Do: Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. Drive sales and customer service through effective team leadership. Engage with customers to deliver a memorable shopping experience. Support the development of your team through coaching and training. Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to the highest level. Key Responsibilities: Help manage the store operations efficiently and effectively. Lead and motivate a team to achieve retail targets. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently. Support in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff. Maintain standards in stock management and store presentation. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A strong background in retail management or a similar role. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for retail. Leadership qualities with an ability to inspire others. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
