About You As a Warehouse Assistant, you must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should be computer literate, with familiarity in warehouse inventory systems being advantageous. Essential qualities include being physically fit (as lifting is required), capable of using initiative, and committed to teamwork and accuracy within a warehouse environment.
