This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll be shaping strategies, mentoring an SEO Executive, and delivering results that really make a difference. You’ll be joining a forward‑thinking digital agency that combines technology, data, and creativity to drive measurable performance for a wide range of clients. The team is collaborative, supportive, and dedicated to doing SEO the right way focusing on real impact rather than vanity metrics. They work across multiple industries, from retail and lifestyle to international marketplaces, giving you the chance to stretch your skills and take on challenging projects. What you’ll do: Manage day‑to‑day technical SEO for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery Lead audits, crawl and log file analysis, indexation fixes, internal linking, and competitor research Integrate UX insights and emerging technologies into SEO strategies Analyse large datasets and turn insights into actionable recommendations Present strategies, findings, and recommendations confidently to clients Mentor and guide an SEO Executive, contributing to training and best practice across the team Collaborate with Paid Search and Strategy teams to deliver integrated, incremental performance Who we’re looking for: 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment Proven experience managing enterprise‑level clients and large budgets Expertise with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and others Excellent analytical skills and confident working with large datasets Exceptional communication skills Highly organized, practical, and solution‑focused Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing Industries: Marketing Services and Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
