Role: Global Program Manager Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid working role,1 Day from our Client's office in Slough, 1 Day from our London HQ) About the role: Working in partnership with our client, the account Global Program director, Operation director and the Global team lead, the role delivers a strong level of operations, commercials and problem solving. They are responsible for helping drive innovations in the account and measuring success. They will have an active role in developing the operating model for the account as we learn and optimise with the support of emerging AI technologies. This role develops and builds strong relationships with clients at all levels, becoming a trusted and valued advisor. They also are the go‑to person for the internal team, particularly the client services team. What you will be doing: OPERATIONS Identify, develop and document any existing and new process Implement new processes and new technologies across the teams Continuous improvement - looking for opportunities to improve existing workflows that can benefit our client and our team Responsible for ensuring the team is adhering to processes Tracking agreed scope vs brief requests across the account, flagging inconsistencies and or scope creep Supports in the delivery of growth targets & annual KPIs for the account Escalation point if the client or internal SLA's and processes are not adhered to, or where there are process gaps. Ensure that these are captured along with a suggestion for improvement Ensuring SOW delivery on a timely manner and planning of resources to manage regional peaks and troughs in workload COMMERCIALS Ensure our OMG platform is always up to date by supporting the team with campaign management best practice. This is the source of our revenue and billing processes Weekly monitoring of team utilisation, out of scope projects status and growth opportunities Supporting the global ops team in setting up and delivery of the commercial model in OMG, prebill, drawdown projects, intercompany POs and IIAs Overall visibility and validation of the account commercials supporting the leaderships with profitability, accuracy of forecasting, late payment, as well as fee negotiations Oversight for the accounts SOW process and commercials offer REPORTING Working with our Data Analyst to ensure the teams keep data in our OMG system maintained with an 98% data accuracy Reporting on adoption and delivery of campaign content through the Pencil platform Supporting clients and internal teams on training of the dashboard Review and ensure all MI Reports are delivered as per agreed SLA via our monthly reporting packs What you need to be great in this role: A strong, number‑orientated operator with experience in implementation, operations and agency ways of working AI & Digital native, close to the latest digital trends Being able to define best practice and creative processes Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships First‑rate communication skills, with the ability to be articulate in person and in writing and strong presentation skills with an innate rapport build Understanding of how to integrate with a client‑side team whilst maintaining agency service Highly entrepreneurial and willing to refine the key skills for running a business Extremely well organised, with great attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other related software Technical competence and understanding of the creative process / working within a creative environment Fundamental grasp of project‑management methodologies AI working knowledge 5+ years of relevant experience in: Project Management Client services Our values shape everything we do: Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible Be always learning and listening to understand Be actively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racist across our community, clients and creations OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
