Role Overview We are recruiting a Cost Manager (or Senior Cost Manager) to deliver all M&E cost management services for high‑profile projects across sectors such as Major Projects, Aviation, Hotels & Leisure, Retail, Residential, Sports & Entertainment, and Industrial & Logistics. Responsibilities Lead M&E packages and projects from a cost‑management/quantity‑surveying perspective. Support a team accountable for commercial and contractual performance. Carry out duties efficiently and in accordance with established processes. Build and maintain client relationships. Deliver value for money and support business objectives. Handle pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying duties. Prepare and issue tender documents. Plan costs, including budgets, appraisals, and elemental cost plans. Identify commercial opportunities. Candidate Profile – Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline. Preferably Chartered via RICS or another relevant professional body, or currently studying toward one. Candidate Profile – Experience Strong technical delivery experience. Strong M&E cost‑management experience. Client‑facing with a high standard of technical delivery. Previous employment with a consultancy, specialist M&E firm, or contractor. Stakeholder management with focus on developing client accounts. Track record of managing projects, prioritising workloads, and meeting deadlines.
