About the Role:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will implement quality inspections, conduct process audits, and assist with various tasks to ensure product integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving organisation while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to develop Critical to Quality (CTQ) checklists and controls for both New Product Introductions (NPI) and established products.
Conduct quality inspections and line audits based on CTQ checklists, meticulously documenting any deviations.
Communicate inspection results and findings to the Quality Engineer and relevant stakeholders.
Assist in implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the quality assurance process.What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of quality standards and process requirements.
Experience in manufacturing process and product auditing.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Awareness of 5S practises and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures.Experience:
Essential: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment in an Inspector or similar role.
Desirable: Experience working with electronics products and assemblies.
