About this RoleYoull be the go-to person for keeping our accounts running smoothly by managing incoming payments and ensuring customers stick to their credit terms. This role is all about proactive communication and building strong working relationships that keep cash flowing.Engage with customers before payments become dueFollow up late payments and flag delays to the Commercial ManagerResolve queries quickly and professionallyEnsure accurate records and consistent follow-upSupport the Senior Credit Controller, including processing Direct Debits when neededAbout YouYouve already built up a solid foundation in credit control and are confident in keeping things organised, professional and on track.Experience in a similar roleStrong communication and organisation skillsAble to manage deadlines without compromising accuracyMotivated, reliable and comfortable working independentlyConfident using basic computer systemsNot sure if you tick every box?
