About the School The school is an SEN Provision in Oxford, looking for a graduate to work as a Behaviour Mentor and support pupils who face emotional and behavioural challenges. Responsibilities Based in the classroom, help students overcome obstacles to education and achieve full potential. Engage students, promote positive decision-making, support emotional resilience. Assist students in managing emotions, reducing outbursts, anxiety, and mood swings. Help students build and maintain positive relationships with peers. Participate in restorative practices and therapeutic interventions within the school. Qualifications Recent graduate; degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field preferred. Passionate about working with children and teenagers. Ability to manage challenging behaviours and support mental health needs.
