Associate/ Associate Director – Systems WSP invites you to bring your expertise to our UK & Ireland teams as an Associate/Associate Director – Systems, delivering world‑class solutions across our global portfolio. Role Overview As a key member of the Systems Engineering team, you will implement MBSE methodologies, model system architectures, and drive full lifecycle engineering processes for diverse projects including nuclear. Responsibilities Implement MBSE methodologies and practices in project execution. Create and maintain system architecture models using Sparx Enterprise Architect or similar tools. Participate in technical discussions and decision‑making processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of full systems engineering lifecycle processes. Engage with key stakeholders to develop ontology, system definition and ensure alignment of project requirements and objectives. Opportunity for project management and leadership responsibilities. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related discipline. Systems Engineering experience; experience in the nuclear industry preferred but other industries considered. Demonstrated knowledge and application of MBSE methodologies. Experience with modelling tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proven ability in effective stakeholder engagement. Desirable Skills INCOSE ASEP Certification. Chartered Engineer, or strong progress towards Chartered status.
